This policy explains how GEMCAGE TECH (“GEMCAGE”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the GEMCAGE Android application, website and related services.

Information we collect

We may collect account details such as your name, contact email and authentication identifiers; device and app information such as device identifiers, app version, language, country and IP address; reward activity such as offers opened, conversions, wallet entries, referrals and withdrawal requests; and support communications you send to us.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, show eligible opportunities, track and credit rewards, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, provide support, send service notifications, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

Firebase and reward partners

Authentication and notifications may use Google Firebase. When you choose a third-party offer, the relevant reward partner may receive identifiers needed to attribute and verify completion. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share only what is necessary with service providers, reward partners, payout providers, fraud-prevention vendors, professional advisers or authorities where legally required.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet accounting or legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can edit profile information in the app, control notifications through device settings and request account deletion from GEMCAGE Settings. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion rights that apply in your location.

Children

GEMCAGE is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will identify the latest published version.
